Jarod Grimes
Pastor
Jarod and his wife, Sheena, have two children, Xander and Ryder Bell. Jarod served in the United States Army from 2006-2013. In 2015, Jarod graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Exercise Science. He is also pursuing a Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Before coming to Golden Central, Jarod served as the Student Pastor at Woodmont Baptist Church in Florence, AL, from 2015-2022. Jarod has been serving as the Pastor of Golden Central since August 2022.
Brian Felton
Student Pastor
Brian began student ministry in 2012. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University. Brian became the Student Pastor at Golden Central in 2018. His passion is to help students know and follow Jesus.
Cyndi Strickland
Ministry Assistant
Cyndi has served as a Ministry Assistant at Golden Central since 2000. She does a little bit of everything and is an invaluable part of our team. If Cyndi doesn’t know it then you probably don’t need to either.
Cyndi is blessed to serve with her husband Terry.
